Hi, I’m Nat!

Creator, content strategist & digital Jill of all trades with 10+ years experience in the digital space.

What started as a food blog in my college dorm turned into a 10 year career in the digital world.

At 18 years old I started a WordPress blog and my first public Instagram page as a way to express my creativity and find community. What started as a food blog in my college dorm room grew into a career spanning content creation, marketing strategy, community building, and creative leadership across wellness, media, and digital platforms.

Over the years, I’ve launched and hosted 2 podcasts, ran my own online business, grown and managed social media platforms for brands and small businesses (as well as my own social media platforms), built newsletters and long-form writing projects, and led marketing and operations as Director of Marketing and COO for a wellness studio. I’ve worked both independently and within teams, learning how to balance big-picture vision with the systems and workflows that actually get sh*t done. I’m equally comfortable writing and editing content, managing project and timelines, analyzing performance, and collaborating with others to bring ideas to life.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in thoughtful storytelling and human-centered content. I’m drawn to projects that prioritize well-being, creativity, and meaningful connection, whether that’s helping a brand communicate with clarity, building engaged digital communities, or creating content that invites people to slow down and reflect.

This space is a living archive of the projects, platforms, and ideas I’ve built over time - from writing and creative experiments to past collaborations and ongoing work. If you’re curious about collaborating, exploring a project, or simply connecting, I’m always happy to start a conversation.

When I’m not working you can find me running, doing yoga, spending time with my partner & our golden retriever, exploring Northern California, reading, and doing creative hobbies.
